Lindsey Shorthouse Stapay

Raised in the Rocky Mountains, Lindsey Stapay is well-versed in what makes mountain communities special. After a political campaign and software company, she went to work for a Real Estate Development Team to build the 1st LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental

Design)Certified Residential Building…300 sold units later, it was clear—real estate was her calling.

Lindsey funnelled her expertise in contract negotiating as the Executive Director to NWCO Small Business Development Center of Colorado raising over $8.4 million in local funds. Simultaneously, hosting business conferences including the state’s largest 4 years in a row for women industry leaders and a regional health and wellness conference to exchange best practices and connect with better resources.

All while bringing new services and tools for small business and local families to access like Founding Start-up Weekend workshops and facilitating business courses in partnerships across the country. She currently loves connecting with families about the mountain lifestyle and how to make investments work for their futures.

Outside of office hours, she enjoys getting outdoors with her family.
