Raised in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Lindsey Stapay has always embraced the dynamic spirit of mountain living. Her deep understanding of these unique communities shapes her approach to real estate, investment, and community development.
Lindsey’s career path has been nothing short of inspiring. After leading a successful software company acquisition by the U.S. government, she transitioned into real estate development, contributing to the creation of Colorado’s first LEED-certified residential building. Over 300 sales later, it was clear that real estate was her calling.
Her talent for strategic negotiation and organizational leadership led her to serve as the Executive Director of the Northwest Colorado Small Business Development Center. There, she raised over $8.4 million in local funding and founded several high-impact events, including the “Colorado Women Entrepreneur Conference” and “NW CO Health and Wellness Conferences,” which became the state's largest business gatherings for four consecutive years.
In 2021, Lindsey founded Westward Broker, brokered by eXp Realty, with a mission to provide unmatched expertise in resort, ranch, estate, land investment, and preservation properties. Her focus is on empowering small businesses and family investors to make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
Lindsey continues to bring valuable tools, workshops, and partnerships to help clients succeed, fostering a stronger, more connected mountain community.
