Development Projects
Sustainable/GREEN Building Projects

One of the foundational partnerships in founder Lindsey Stapay’s real estate career began with Zocalo at Historic Jefferson Park, a landmark mixed-use residential development in one of Denver’s most beloved urban neighborhoods.
Lindsey assisted the development team during a pivotal phase, supporting momentum through completion and contributing to the successful delivery of a lasting community in Downtown Denver’s Jefferson Park district.
Developed by the acclaimed Zocalo Development, sold out in 2006 and remains a recognizable example of thoughtful urban infill development, community-focused design, and mixed-use residential planning.
44 residential units, an oversized commercial space and secure underground parking. Adjacent to Jefferson Park; mature trees shape a highly walkable, neighborly, and dog-friendly residential culture that still defines the area today.
Lindsey’s contribution to this project reflects early experience in:
-
developer partnerships
-
new development sales support
-
project marketing
-
community positioning
-

-
mixed-use development execution

CONDOMINIUMS
2240 CLAY STREET DENVER,CO 80211

At RiverClay Condominiums, Lindsey Stapay was part of the regional sales and marketing team supporting one of Colorado’s most forward-thinking residential developments. Built by a vertically integrated developer, RiverClay became recognized as Colorado’s first LEED-certified residential property, setting a new benchmark for sustainable urban housing and energy-efficient development.
Working alongside the developer, architects, and sustainability consultants, Lindsey helped bring the project to completion while contributing to the communication and market positioning of its green-building advantages. The project highlighted cutting-edge construction practices, lower operating costs, and long-term homeowner value through advanced energy-saving systems and efficient building design.
Lindsey’s continued personal ownership of a condominium within the building adds a rare layer of authentic, lived-in credibility to this project. Her own average utility expenses, including gas and electric, have remained under $20 per month, while the HOA has also benefited from lower overall building operating costs.
This project demonstrates Lindsey’s experience in:
-
green building sales
-
LEED-certified residential development
-
sustainability positioning
-
energy-efficiency marketing
-
developer and consultant collaboration

Lindsey Stapay contributed to the early marketing and sales efforts for The Legacy at City Park South, a notable affordable housing development located on the former Mercy Hospital site near City Park in Denver.
Developed in partnership with Mercy Housing and as part of a broader master-planned redevelopment led by Opus Northwest, The Legacy at City Park South was created to expand access to quality homeownership opportunities in central Denver. The project featured one- and two-bedroom homes ranging from approximately 600 to 1,060 square feet, thoughtfully designed to serve working individuals and families seeking long-term housing stability.
Lindsey supported the project during its formative marketing phase, helping shape positioning and sales efforts aimed at achieving strong absorption prior to completion. She also helped guide buyers through the final stages of the transaction process, including client punch lists, contract closings, and the detailed execution required to deliver an award-winning building successfully to its new homeowners.
This work also intersected with inclusionary housing policy and deed-restricted affordability structures, helping create opportunities for families to establish roots and build generational stability near one of Denver’s landmark parks.
Lindsey’s involvement reflects experience in:
-
affordable housing development
-
inclusionary housing coordination
-
deed-restricted housing sales
-
pre-completion sales strategy
-
buyer support and contract closings
-
mission-driven residential development
