filled with new flavors, local stories, and a vibrant sense of renewal.

Leadville-based and locally loved, this new addition will run the ice-skate rentals at the village rink while serving artisan sweets and savory bites—the perfect post-skate treat or mid-day pick-me-up.

🍝 The Argentos at Passage Point

This husband-and-wife culinary duo brings international inspiration and Colorado-sourced ingredients to the table. They’re creating a dining experience that’s both elevated and welcoming—where mountain elegance meets local flavor.

🥣 Superfruit Republic

Healthy never tasted so good! Known for their vibrant smoothie bowls and fresh blends, this Colorado brand is giving athletes, adventurers, and apres-enthusiasts the fuel they crave.

🍟 Moon Fries

Hot and crispy with a side of après spirit, Moon Fries is moving in next to the newly owned BBQ spot at Eagle’s Landing Base —making it the go-to for that golden-hour snack.

And that’s not all. Lindsey also represented The Black Diamond Grill and Sweet & Soy, two restaurant favorites already making waves with hearty breakfasts, noodle bowls, and local craft beers on tap.

It’s been a full-circle story since Lindsey helped bring The Sauce at Copper to Center village at Copper Mountain—a restaurant that’s since won “Best of Summit” honors for its local charm and elevated dining.
